i interfaced with LOGAN CARR from the sales team for days trying to get a part. he is one of the most incompetent people I've ever met. sent many many detailed photographs, and even diagram and a sketch of the part i needed. He was so dense that he couldn't handle the basic functions of troubleshooting and he just ignored me. you guys need to fire LOGAN CARR. he is either not doing his job, a complete tool, or simply does not want to be there and probably all three.
The service was astounding a gentleman served me and was as nice as pie
