Called and got a quote to repair transmission for 600 and put a 200 deposit down owing 400. After not hearing from him the day it should've been repaired Carlos told me it would cost 1100-1700 in addition to the 600 he quoted initially. After letting him know that I would not be getting my car fixed he stated that I owed him 330 dollars for inspecting the transmission and 150 dollars to have it towed to my home. I'm taking him (Carlos) to small claims court!!!!

Dishonest, thieves, scammers! Deserve no stars. I was quoted a price given a receipt for the purchase and installation of a transmission. I was still called back and told it would be $1,000 more than the receipt, because my old transmission was more damaged than he thought. So I told him you basically want me to give you a thousand more dollars to fix my old transmission so you can sell it to someone else. I had already given a $200 deposit and when I declined the work he told me it would be $150 more if I just wanted my van... read more

Unreliable and completely dishonest! I was quoted 600. For transmission repair for a 1981 jimmy 2wd and ended up paying 1600 for a transmission i could've bought for 350.00 at a wrecking yard. Even after i paid, it still leaked and wasnt properly put together to drive. They tell you about a warranty, but you they dont tell you upfront that you have to make regularly visits to them for it to be valid.

Just based on these reviews, I would never risk taking my vehicle here... It ducks that these people went through this, but I'm grateful fit their review because I was about to call them... Thanks
