Fantastic service, very professional and courteous. With traffic I arrived at the Hempstead location. They took payment and asked this location to wait a few minutes to pick up my order. They even made sure load was secured. Very impressed!
The customer service and attention to detail at this place is horrible. Walked in to buy some used warehouse racks and after about 30 minutes the sales guy found some that he could sell. Then was told we would have to drive down road to pick up. We drive down road and after sitting for 40 minutes waiting we were told what we were sold was not able to be sold because the feet had rusted off and that we would have to come back when they could fix them.
