Had my first experience shopping here last week. From start to finish service was great and seamless. Amber was a great guide through the showroom The drivers that delivered my stuff were polite friendly and professional In and out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely refer new business to them

Dillon & Andrew delivered a huge order to us today (on Sunday) in traffic crazed Toronto. They are pros. Called 30 mins before arrival, navigated a lot of stairs with big pieces of furniture and assembled like they do it everyday (I think they do). Not a scrap of a box or dirt, represent the company well, did not smell like smoke - just real Hamiltonians doing it for Toronto! They deserve to be recognized for their work - and we did just that. Parks Furniture was a home run for us!! Attached only a few pics.
Really great collection with amazing price.
Am still waiting for my couch that I purchased back in end of April. Have called numerous times for updates but the dates keep being pushed back. Wouldn't recommend due to the waiting period
