As the owner of Warehouse Of Mats, I am writing this review to dispute the review by Ming Cheng. Below is the original correspondence to this client. This client has ignored our advise, and has taken action with the Dept Of Fair Trading and we had no case to answer. Hi Ming Thanks for your email. Chair mat started cracking after 7 months. He denied the warranty claiming: 1. I used the mat on domestic carpet with underlay, underlay is not permitted. I pointed to the manufacturer's documentation which specifically permits underlay. 2. He then claimed that since I placed a 2mm layer of foam under the mat and his website doesn't explicitly allow this, therefore the manufacturer's warranty is void. He is now harrassing my employer.
