Top notch help/assistance within the show room and all that followed. First time hot tub buyer. We did extensive homework before the buy and found that Warehouse Guys had the best product and price
Front desk girls are always the best
I had these guys look after my pool while I was out of the country. It was a total disaster. I paid extra to have them come each week. They were inconsistent in their visits, I don't think they ever tested my pool, they just dumped chlorine in it when they came. I had a bad algie build up twice in that one summer. the worst thing they did was they cut out my UV treatment system without asking me if that was ok, they didn't even tell me, I found it cut out when I got home. I'll never use them again.
I cannot say enough good about this group. I ordered new lids for swim spa. They arrived when they said and were just installed. Also helped with thermostat issue. Also helping me to get remote which will make my life much easier. I also want to strongly praise Pat. He was out to measure then back for install and removal of old lids. He is extremely polite and knows his stuff. They have an amazing young man there . You will definitely have our continued business. Thank you!
Very nice store with affordable prices compared to other places. I think that it's amazing that they hire individuals with disabilities.
