**Please Read** The customer service Rep that we have is absolutely amazing! Her self manners go above and beyond for what we have asked her, it was always granted to us! The ***** printer that I use for the business had a "Service Call" lighted up. I decide to call Warehouse direct as the customer service rep has always sent out a Tech that would take his time, and learn what the error was repairable or navigate me to the parts needed. I would like to share my review regarding Warehouse Direct. The customer service is always awesome. I can honestly say that I call always with crazy requests or questions and they are always answered appropriately and in a timely manner. Very rare when I have a problem with packaging or delivery and if I have ever, it was taken care of quickly. Reps are always willing to go above and beyond for me and I really appreciate this. Definitely a 5-Star from me.
