We got to the venue at 8:00pm to a show that was supposed to start at 9pm. A large group of people gathered and no one knew where the entrance was. Eventually someone called the New York office and was told the show was cancelled. I can not express how disappointed myself and everyone else is. I don't understand how a company can be so disorganized and not caring about it's customers who spent a lot of money to have a good night out. I definitely want a refund and an apology.
