When searching for a gym i was not wanting to sign a contract or pay a insane monthly cost, but Kendal is very reasonable and the gym is by far best bang for buck. If you want a gym to go swimming and sit in a sauna this is not for you but if you want a gym to lift weights and get in shape then this is exactly what you want.

I called the gym a week before I had to come down to IF for some wrk related training . The owner was great on the phone . Answered my questions and in person is a very knowledgeable guy to be In the gym with .The equipment was perfect . Next time I have a chance i will for sure stop by . Great gym! Great ppl !

I joined this gym at the start of the year. I never made it back in because I ended up joining Golds, at no fault of Warehouse 13. For what it's worth, the owner was super welcoming and the gym was good, I just had an opportunity pop up at Golds. Anyway, I tried calling the owner in February to cancel, as it was a month to month. Couldn't get ahold of him.
