My 2020 F-150 lost AC during the heatwave last week. I dropped off the truck at Wareham Ford and they had the problem diagnosed within 2 hours which was a leak in the condenser. They ordered the part and had the truck ready the following afternoon. The repair was totally covered by my Premium Care Warranty. Wareham Ford Service is fast and efficient, highly recommended.
I still have to wait for a week and a half for 2/ 3 hours service.
Service department that will unapologetically "forget" (more likely they just blew it off) your appointment you make 2 weeks ahead of time. Called at 4 when it should have been done I had a 30 minute fix but they had no idea about the appointment or what was wrong with the truck and d couldn't care less
