Everyone was amazing and helpful.
This practice is amazing. They got us in right away. I interacted with 4 staff including the doctor. They were all very kind, gentle with our pup and explained everything, including all costs. They truly were amazing and I highly recommend them! Picture of our sweet Emma just for fun!
The staff here are incredible, kind, nonjudgmental, intelligent and efficient. Dr. Rebecca Lambe evaluated my pup, provided helpful insight and the best treatment plan. They are speedy- between doctor evaluation, ultrasound, blood work, discussion on prices, we were only there for less than an hour. They work with you, not for you. They seriously are the best! I would recommend them to anyone in need of an urgent matter for their four legged friend!
Dr. Fernandez was amazing! I was able to make a same day appointment for my puppy. The nurse and nursing students were so kind and professional! They are very up front with all pricing, when you call to book you agree to the $175 urgent care consultation, and before x rays they lay out the prices for you again. We have taken our cat Lady to Dr. Fernandez for just about 2 years. Never once have I walked out feeling like I was taken advantage of like I did at my old vet. His bedside manners are just as exceptional as his ability to care for animals. Thank you Dr. Fernandez and all of the staff over at Wareham Animal Hospital.
