I saw Dr. Benjamin Ware and the office gave me an appointment at the last minute. Dr Ware took so much time with me, asked many questions and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with his genuine concern for my well being. Highly recommend this office.
My wife and I have been using Dr. Ware since our Dr Schwiezer past away. DR. WARE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE OFFICE WITH ME AS A PATIENT. I feel a combination of to many patient's and Extremely Extremely Incompetent Support staff. Possibly they need double the Support staff. My wife has been without our meds for 4 days after 2 hours on hold over 2 days, they tell her their was a mistake she would write a note on the computer and call her back this was 1 day ago no call back. Worst office I ever experienced. Was left on HOLD an HOUR an HOUR more than ONCE...TWICE THREE TIMES. Problems with getting prescription refills AND paperwork....just generally inefficient ...you know, at doing their JOB! And then somehow I'm the problem.👎
