The Doctors are great. Lisa and some of the staff are very nice. The phones hang up. You call back. Hang up again or wait on line. It seems like they need more nurses. I recently changed to medicaid because I lost my job. I asked what insurance the office takes. I paid for a doctor visit outright to ask this question. I asked medicaid too. After i picked keystone first and waited two months to get medical. I was told we dont take keystone first. Honestly, over the years there have been issues with the nursing staff. If you need a doctor i have nothing but praise for this gem of a man Dr. William ware..I’ve been seeing him for over a decade which is long for someone as me with addiction and mental illness issues ..other doctors have been a nightmare but Dr ware has always been their if I need to see or talk to him .
