I purchased a cage for ~$180 and it is a terrible quality cage (the living room series critter home). The packaging wasn’t damaged, so that can’t be to blame, and the cage components were bent, some pieces weren’t even welded together, screw holes were filled in. Just in general a terrible quality item that will not be usable without some power tools and repair. I was unable to get a refund either
Bought a gorilla chew for my dog because it was advertised as having no smell. Upon getting the product, and my dog chewing it, it wreaked like fish. The company then admitted it has an “earthy” smell but did not offer a replacement nor a refund. Terrible customer service, will never be buying a ware product again.
RecommendedI love all the cat furniture and have been pleased with everything I have. And our cats are a very important part our family. I think if you have a cat or dog or other animal you also would be pleased with their products.
RecommendedMost of the products are great, but I am disappointed that the Safe-N-Fun wheel (11" size) has a plastic back to it. The description (when I purchased 2 of these through Amazon) did not mention this. Plastic is not safe for my pet degus due to their tendency to chew up everything possible. If you could make this with a metal backing that would be awesome! I would likely purchase 10 of them. As is though, I do not recommend this wheel.
