I love the Ware Law firm, she is patient, kind, and upfront lol. She does not mind explaining every step of the process!! As a real estate investor it is hard finding a local attorney that is knowledgeable about wholesaling, subject 2 and other investor deals. Thanks Again!!

Really disappointed with both the lack of communication or knowledge from this attorney and her office. Very unprofessional. Seems like they don't want work from Legal Benefits (ARAG, etc) or are just plain disorganized and incompetent. I reached out several months ago and set up an appointment to discuss work I was interested in her representing on. The date came and the attorney never called. Attempted to use this firm through ARAG attorney insurance. My first contact went well. The woman I spoke with was helpful and informative. I was told to call back a week later, which I did. But the originally woman I spoke with had abruptly left (Reason unknown. To me at least. I never asked why). So as I proceeded with another assistant and Ms. Ware herself, it became increasingly evident that I was not a priority. Shilanka was extremely knowledgeable during my home buying process and walked me through the details of all paperwork with my lender and the seller. She made sure that I was aware of any sudden changes or items I needed to expedite immediately. If I had a question that I needed an immediate response to, she returned by correspondence hastily. Working with Shilanka was a wonderful experience and made the home buying process very easy. I highly recommend Shilanka!!!
