Previously would have recommend Wards but I no longer can. Tried twice in the last few months to get service and not even a return phone call. Most recently the company phone number doesn't even have a recording on their voicemail service. Not sure what is going on, but go elsewhere.
Just had my well pump replaced. Richard did the work and did a great job! He not only swichted us to an in well pump (vs one in my basement), making the whole thing run much quieter, but he also fixed the water pressure! I've had two different plumbers look at it, and neither of them could get the water pressure increased, but Richard did it with no problem! Only wish I had found them years ago! Highly recommend them!
Wards does not answer the phone nor did they return voice messages. Their lack of response is unprofessional and I would NOT recommend them.
