Very happy by the service provided by Ward's. Needed a last minute water pump replacement and Ward's came through. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Richard!
This company has been contacted in 2025 with no response and again in Sept 2026 with no response. My neighbour also did not get a response. They have an answering machine and were left messages to no avail. You would think they would have the decency to return a call. Guess Not. Don't waste your time with Wards Plumbing they don't care about local customers.
We had an excellent experience with Ward’s Water Pumps and Plumbing. As new homeowners, we were suddenly left without water and stuck with an old jet pump that no one else would touch—but Richard stepped in and helped right away. We later hired him to install a cistern, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently - seeing the team install a 5000 gallon cistern in one day was so impressive! We’re very pleased and highly recommend their services!
A little bit of luck and great service. Deep well pump issues. It was only the control box. Can't tell you how happy I was to have water again before noon on a Sunday. You can trust Ward's!
I had an awesome experience with Ward's. My submersed well pump died late one night. I called the following morning. Richard answered promptly and was at my house later that same day (after completing two other jobs in the area). In just a couple hours he diagnosed the issue and had a new pump installed. He was friendly, efficient in his work, and shared his knowledge generously. The entire experience was a pleasure.
