Absolutely incredible family owned business. It seems like it’s becoming harder and harder to come by honest folks these days, unfortunately. My clients and I both are so grateful for Jim and his crew, the work done, and reasonable pricing.
Terrible experience. Continually upped cost for no articulable reason, ruined our backyard and septic system. Nothing was done as we were told it was going to be. Have had nothing but issues since Jim, et al. came out and worked on our system. Would emphatically not recommend.
Jim came right out to check my septic. Tree roots had taken over. They replaced the pipes in the drain field. They were very knowledgeable and did quick work. They went above and beyond helping us. Thank you!
