Terrible experience. Continually upped cost for no articulable reason, ruined our backyard and septic system. Nothing was done as we were told it was going to be. Have had nothing but issues since Jim, et al. came out and worked on our system. Would emphatically not recommend.
Jim came right out to check my septic. Tree roots had taken over. They replaced the pipes in the drain field. They were very knowledgeable and did quick work. They went above and beyond helping us. Thank you!
Jim provided pumping and other services for our septic system in Buda. Great man/company to do business with! Family owned business…would definitely recommend and plan to use Jim Ward Septic services going forward.

We had the septic grinder pump alarm go off at midnight on Friday night. We called them at 8:15am on Saturday morning and Jimmy was sitting out front in 40 mins ready to fix the problem. He and one of his guys had the problem resolved in 30 mins. These guys know what they are doing and were professional plumbers!! I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Fair Pricing, GREAT Work!!!
