He missed the first appointment he schedule us for because he over booked himself. We totally understood despite the backed up septic—you all know what I mean. Only to have him come out and tell us he couldn’t do the job because ‘his truck was too new and his tires tires too bad’ whatever that meant and so he left. We had already been instructed to do all the prep work too. 🤦🏼♀️ I don’t usually post reviews but honestly, I don’t know how this guy was ‘recommended’. Not too professional, sadly.
Came out fast and fixed our clogged sink drain! Professional, well priced, and straight to the point!
Super quick, friendly and reasonably priced
Great service. Wards pumped our home 6 years ago. I called to have him come out and pump again but he advised we could go another year or two based on number of occupants of the house. He could have easily sold us on a pumping service but he was honest and did not sell us on a service we didn't need. I also discussed with him what I thought was an issue with our drain field and he helped me determine it was not an issue. I wouldn't consider using anyone but Wards!
Mike is Awesome!! I have used him in the past and always use him as my go to. Had an issue and he was unable to make it out. It doesn’t end there, he told me step by step over the phone how to fix it based on the picture I sent him on his phone. Everything turned out Great!! Thanks again Mike, excellent service!!
