Snow Removal I contracted Wards to do snow removal on rental propert. They would not do a site survey with me to understand the requirements of where the snow had to go.They charged 2 men 1 hour to shovel a walkway 70' long by 3' wide and had one person lean on a shovel while the driver plowed a the parking lot. After two attempts to communicate with them, I dropped their service. I found them unresponsive and hig priced for the quality of work.
Lack of communication and follow through We contacted Ward's on a Monday and set up to have the lawn mowed weekly. We were told that it would occur every Wednesday. The first Wednesday came and went and the lawn was not mowed. We assumed that due to some recent precipitation that they were waiting for things to dry out a bit.
