Sold me work gloves with three types of mold on them. Not just a bit - all over. 10% discount (only after I asked if they would discount them) on something that shouldn't even have been on the shelf. Yes, I paid it, but only because there was no time to go elsewhere. Pretty shameful.

I went to Wards to buy 2 bags of large potting mix and when I asked if someone could load them into my vehicle I was abruptly told by an employee to “say please”.A bit shocked by that. Then when I said that at the Coop they were alway happy to load me up with any produce I was rudely told by said person, “We aren’t the Coop” then told “ We don’t do that here” Is that really company policy?
