I have used this business for many many years and have never had any problem until today, I brought my wedding ring in to have it repaired , (I lost a diamond )and I also had the exact diamond in another ring that could’ve been used, but instead of helping me she told me they were busy and I asked how long it would be and she wouldn’t give me an answer.
