Horrible customer service. The owner's wife called my REALTOR inquiring about an invoice that was not even due for 2 weeks!!! I had to call them back 3 times for a repair that ultimately cost me almost $2000 in electric bill.
Sadly didn’t call back so I’m leaving one star.
Great dependable service. Quick response and experienced staff.
We called them last Monday for our gas furnace being out. They showed up quickly so I assumed the reviews may be wrong. He said it was a switch. He took said switch and that was that. Said he would get a new one and come back. Tuesday, Wednesday go by. Nothing! I call and leave a message Thursday morning. Still nothing. Today is Friday, still nothing. Almost a full week with no heat and its been the coldest its been all winter here.
