Sadly didn’t call back so I’m leaving one star.
Great dependable service. Quick response and experienced staff.
We called them last Monday for our gas furnace being out. They showed up quickly so I assumed the reviews may be wrong. He said it was a switch. He took said switch and that was that. Said he would get a new one and come back. Tuesday, Wednesday go by. Nothing! I call and leave a message Thursday morning. Still nothing. Today is Friday, still nothing. Almost a full week with no heat and its been the coldest its been all winter here.
Solid Company with the best interest in their customers. Had a broken oil line, (Thanks to Shentel) and they came out, made the repair, (after plenty of digging) and really did the extra work to insure all was done properly. Gary truly cared about resolving our issues. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thx.
