Get my bill today for some lights to be replaced, they send out an electrian and an apprentice, get charged 2 hrs at $70 an hour, for the apprentice to replace one light (took her 15 mins) then basically do nothing the rest of the time. What an absolute rip off. Wont ever use the company again. Be careful people, you are paying for an apprentice to stand around doing nothing. And truthfully wish I had timed them, pretty sure that werent here for more the one hour. Not to mention the electrician himself was a grumpy surly guy... read more
