Dr. Doug Portmann is one of the top 10 most impactful people in my life. I can’t imagine how my back would feel today without Doug. He is also an amazing person. I had a severe lower back injury in 2011 at 48 years old when a 300 lb Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor almost “broke” my lower back (twisted it quickly) when I had him in a triangle choke. I've been going here for a few months. The chiropractor and staff are amazing, friendly, and flexible. Everytime I leave, I'm all cracked up.
I was nervous about going to a chiropractor but was quickly put at ease by Dr. Portmann. Now I look forward to going. A few visits and am on the mend. Grateful for him helping me get back to the gym and feeling better. Highly recommend!
