Today I had a very important wire snap in my boat engine it’s been an ongoing problem wards got me back out on water today and helped me right when I drove in they pulled a mechanic and had him come see if he could fix it. That means a lot in this day and age especially for a local most of the time marinas tell you it’ll be a week or two before they even look at it. It had more issues than just the wire going on but I brought it right back to wards to get the issue fixed because it’s people who grew up here who actually care... read more

Just picked up my South bay 20 pontoon boat, really pleased with everything i had to do from tire kicking and browsing, sales process, communication and lastly the pick up and walk thru out on the lake with my wife and a super knowledgeable guy from Wards (forget his name...ughh) he went thru the whole boat, electronics, maintenance, tips and tricks etc .
