Had a bit of a mishap on my Cross Country Road Trip from Washington to D.C, to where my AC Compressor pretty much took itself out, and took apart my Accessory Belt. After making a hasty phone call, they were able to get me in within a hour. Doug and his colleague are SUPER Knowledgeable about just about anything that runs on gas and a engine. Lifesavers on a Cross-Country Trip! We’re driving from Utah to North Carolina, and our AC started acting up toward the end of our first day. By the next day, it had completely stopped working — in the middle of a summer road trip! Him and his wife are the best. After he works on your car he explains everything and its nice to have someone who won't take advantage of a woman who doesn't know anything about vehicles. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
Came in mid road-trip when our AC went out with pets in the car. Was able to fit us in and fix our problem no hassle! Absolutely great customer service and pricing for a fantastic job! Actual lifesaver highly recommend!
