This is one of the best mechanics shops in Hays. I've been doing business with these shop and have never had one complaint. They took my car in for a 7 hour repair and had it done in less time and under the quote I received. They are friendly and very honest people. They will call you if they find another problem and offer to repair it. BEST SHOP EVER!!!!
The initial phone communication appeared to be professional and courteous though upon arrival the lobby was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke that lingered after I left. They added a 12 dollar fee that was not communicated over the phone for supplies. An employee asked me, the customer, where his bosses went while they were in the garage. Great mechanic, very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Explains the work clearly, does the job right the first time, and charges fair prices. Highly recommend!
Had a bit of a mishap on my Cross Country Road Trip from Washington to D.C, to where my AC Compressor pretty much took itself out, and took apart my Accessory Belt. After making a hasty phone call, they were able to get me in within a hour. Doug and his colleague are SUPER Knowledgeable about just about anything that runs on gas and a engine.
