After a bunch of excellent experiences dealing with Wards Auto for servicing three of our vehicles, I figured it was long overdue to leave a 5 star review for their shop. First impressions are last impressions and in this case when a person and potential customer is treated so rudely and disrespectfully at the front desk by the owner or employee then I wouldn't want to go back there ever. Negative and bad vibes. I'm glad I found out early so I never come here again.
Recently my car had some pulley issues and i stopped at the closest shop near me, they made me pay 900 dollars and didn’t even fix the pulleys and not only that but they caused an exhaust leak. as an 18 year old money is tight and i need a car to work so i brought it to wards to see if it was safe, glen had the car fixed safely and for 1/3 of the price the previous shop charged me even though it took 3 days to figure out. Very honest auto shop.
