After a bunch of excellent experiences dealing with Wards Auto for servicing three of our vehicles, I figured it was long overdue to leave a 5 star review for their shop. Based on many recommendations (for Wards) from the Bowmanville Community group on Facebook, we took my vehicle to Wards for some servicing and few years ago. First impressions are last impressions and in this case when a person and potential customer is treated so rudely and disrespectfully at the front desk by the owner or employee then I wouldn't want to go back there ever. Negative and bad vibes. I'm glad I found out early so I never come here again.
