Always have what we need
Great experience with Wards. Helped me get in promptly for an estimate and get me scheduled for the repair. It was easy to get a rental from Hertz who they have a relationship with so you can get a ride. My car was completed when promised and looked like new when done. The free detailing is a nice touch. Such a good experience that managed to make me feel good about my accident.
I can't say enough about the GREAT customer service I always receive from the folks at Wards. I've used their services 4 times and I've never been disappointed with their work and customer service. These folks are extremely nice and honest people and you can easily see that they take pride in their work.
