I’ve known the owners for over 25 years. Personally and professionally. The only place I would ever take anything to be dry cleaned in this area. Unfortunately it looks like someone in the reviews might have had a bad experience. I suggest that they go directly to the business and try to resolve the problem. With dry cleaning, I’ve heard sometimes things go wrong. Of course though everyone makes mistakes too. Maybe it was a new employee. Who knows.
