Had some kind of glitch in our trademark renewal that was driving me nuts, and it's not like the people at USPTO are any help. Finally I gave up and decided to get it handled properly. Wardlow Law did it in an hour, prepared this ridiculously complex response, and USPTO replied with the approval right away. No idea why I wasted so much time spinning my wheels trying to do it myself... never again.
