Staff and instructors are constantly greeting people with a smile and a kind word. The facilities have been renovated and improved and have all of the amenities that you would expect. Not too many places have a pool, sauna, hot tub, and a steam room. The array of spin classes, gymnastics, stretching and swimming classes are amazing. I've been all around the country at different Ys and this is one of the finest.

Awesome exercise classes, swimming pool wonderful, pickleball group is fun, nursery staff excellent!

Terrible management, just awful. We showed up to use the sauna and were told they were delaying it because they heard thunder and that we could get struck by lightning because of the wet floor. Meanwhile, one employee is sitting and reading on a metal chair on the wet floor, other is sitting on a metal bench and the man telling us this is using a lead hose spraying the floor. This YMCA really needs to come up with a better solution for locker rooms. Only having 3 family locker rooms but prohibiting children from going to the other locker rooms is absurd. If a child is accompanied by their adult guardian there should be no restrictions. It’s an extremely long wait to use the family locker rooms and makes the experience miserable for those using the facilities with children. Also, they really need to figure out the parking situation. There’s never a place to park.

The tour guide was wonderful! The staff, in general, were friendly and knowledgeable. They offer many amenities. It was abuzz with activity and seemed to be a good place to connect with others. However, I thought the facility was dated in many areas and membership was more expensive than I expected especially for seniors. This surprised me considering many exist on limited incomes.
