Awful customer experience. My insurance company contacted them to write up my roofing claim. Total claim completely omitted drywall repair, proper supplies needed to replace my damaged roof, damaged items. Extremely frustrated to have to deal with this company. Ethan Rains came to my home and took photos of things which were not the focal point of my roof repair.
