I am new to the RV life, so many misleading people ive bn dealing with. Bret came out and fixed what a Certified Electrician COULD NOT. He was so kind, listened to my many concerns and fixed everything in 1 visit. He fit me into his busy schedule, This business and Bret are 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way.
We called Bret to do a repair on our water heater. He called us back and asked what was going on we told him and he told us what to do over the phone and fixed the problem. Bret definitely knows what he is talking about we talked to a lot of people and got different answers but he was the only one to fix it. We will definitely call him again and we advise you to do the same. Knowledge is power!
Bret always trys to save me money while repairing my rv. He repaired my water heater that hadn't been working properly for several months. I didn't call him because water was hot enough coming out of the cold water faucet. When I did call him, he repaired it in a few days. Always professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
Bret saved me and my pets from dying in the heat when my smoke panel fried and the ac unit shut off in 113 degrees! He fit me into his busy schedule as an emergency and he is very knowledgeable and professional and he was reasonable on the bill! I would definitely recommend him for all of your rv repairs!
