Wardens Construction and Remodeling has done an outstanding job each and every occasion they have been contracted to do anything for me. They are professional, very hard working, and they NEVER disappoint. I would and do highly recommend Wardens Construction and Remodeling.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS) Very unprofessional from the get go. Mr. Pat assured us he would be finished in 2 weeks. We were informed that they would start working in a week. It took them 3 weeks to get started. Then 8 weeks went by, and the job was still unfinished with a $11,994.83 debt in labor alone. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Very professional from the get go. Mr. Pat responded quickly to my original contact and each time after during our project. He was on time and actually showed up when he said he would (unlike any other contractor we've used in the past). His crew was very professional. From taking care of the existing furniture and flooring to the sweeping and vacuuming at the end.
