Massage services are excellent! Carol is amazing and I will always go to her!
Cancellation fee is ridiculous. The receptionist’s simply do not care about patients.
Here is their philosophy: Our time matters but patients time doesn’t. There is a sixty bucks cancellation fee if the patient cancels the appointment but they could call you two hours before your appointment and cancel it. Simply kill two weeks of waiting. In their excuse they mention that the doctor is in the process of removing herself from a list. Why do you even have a phone number if you’re not going to answer that? I called the student insurance and billing department and after being on hold for many minutes they simply hung up on me. This happened multiple times.
