If there was no star that's exactly what I would give. It's not my fault the girl you had there messed up my order over and over again. I was constantly advised by a gentleman (not sure if the owner or manager), let me investigate and I'll call you. History has it, I'm still waiting on a call. When I call, you're too busy to talk to me or you still haven't researched it. 5 polo shirts and more than 7 Cancer Institute shirts were ordered. The Warden Company handles things with a lot of professionalism. Their team is approachable, and everything seems to run smoothly — from communication to overall upkeep.
This establishment is horrendous. Sadly forced to use them due to OH. Still waiting on a jacket I ordered 11 MONTHS ago. Numerous calls, drives to their store in person and emails. There is no excuse for such blatant disregard and horrible business practices. Do better!
Terrible. Ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Called and nobody ever answers.
