This establishment is horrendous. Sadly forced to use them due to OH. Still waiting on a jacket I ordered 11 MONTHS ago. Numerous calls, drives to their store in person and emails. There is no excuse for such blatant disregard and horrible business practices. Do better!
Terrible. Ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Called and nobody ever answers.
This company takes a long time to keep complete orders. You almost forget that you placed the order because it takes so long. I placed the order in July and it’s October and I’m still waiting on my order if I was not forced to use this company, I definitely would not.
Just wanted to take my time ironically bc they don’t like to use theirs whatsoever to say the customer service as you can see from majority of their reviews that the customer service is terrible. Not like it matters they will still get business so just hating the player not the game. :)
