2008 I had right shoulder surgery. Doctor Wardell is a straight shooter, his words to me was ill do my part and have to do your part if you want your range of motion back. He told me what to look for. I referred my co worker to have his shoulder surgery done here. The other Orthopedic doctors wanted to cut my muscles , which would’ve taken a long time to heal. Dr Wardell made me feel like he genuinely cares about me and my condition. I was told that I would be there for a few hours when I called to get an appointment with him, and it was no exaggeration, but the quality of care is well worth the wait. He checked me out thoroughly and gave me options as to how to handle treatment. I would definitely recommend him, and will continue to see him whether or not the wait is long.
After 2 hours in the waiting room with several inquires to staff on when we would be seen, we decided to leave and find another provider that does not overbook appointments like this and leave you wasting your time.
My name is Devin Porter and I went to see Dr. Wardell he as a doctor is the best but his staff is rule and dont seem to care about the patient my first rule person was the lady at rehab desk I called to report her unprofessional behavior and that was a process that took over a week during which I cont my rehab and the same unprofessional lady came over to where I was having therapy and talked about another patient and had her back side in my face the whole time I didnt return to rehab after that
