3/11/25 I am revising this review after having been employed here for two years. I can confidently say that this facility’s focus is entirely on the residents. This commitment is evident not only in the nurses and aides but also in Megan, the Director of Nursing; Shari, the Administrator; and Deb in HR, all of whom are hands-on when it comes to meeting the residents' needs. This facility has exceeded my expectations in every way, patients here become like family to the staff; management are accommodating and personable im very happy with Warde!
The staff at Warde goes above and beyond for their residents, treating them (and their families) like family. I am so happy we chose Warde Assisted Living for my mom!
