I am not one to post reviews often but wanted to give a shout out to Ward Wood! The built some replacement cabinet doors for me. There were a few issues that needed to be taken care of, and that is really what drove me to post the review. When I informed them of the problems, they jumped on it and solved the problems. They were so friendly and ready to fix problems where so many other companies try to find any way out of fixing mistakes. Their response to problems was so refreshing to me that I had to give a review!
I’ve been getting cabinets from ward for about 10 years and honestly quality is in a steady decline. You use to be able to get a good quality product from these guys. But now it seems you spend a full day doing repairs to get it ready for paint. Idk what is going on but yall need to keep a closer eye on what’s getting sent out the door. Ward Wood did all the cabinets in our new home, and they knocked it out of the park. They came out, spent time with my wife going over ideas, and even helped us figure out what we didn’t know we wanted. They took the time to illustrate it so we could really picture the end result. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped; beautiful work, great quality, and done right on schedule. On top of that, their pricing was very fair. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone building or remodeling.
