Awful company and absolute worst place to use for LTL shipments. Customer service is no help and they take 2-3 times longer to deliver shipments then other trucking companies.
Dont pick up their appointments on time, dont pick up their office phones.
Made appointment with Ward Trucking in Columbus Ohio on Friday for a local residential delivery. Individual on phone asked me whether I wanted Saturday or Monday delivery. I told him Saturday. He said it would come between 8 and 12. Delivery never came. I work in the local LTL trucking industry and know how disorganized it is and should have known better especially when he offered Saturday delivery which isn’t typical in the LTL industry
