Shipped item with gauranteed 2-3 day shipping but they lost item for 10 days in the meantime my customer cancelled the order . Ward sent picture and said there was no shipping labels or pro numbers on skid(in 37 years i never had a wire tag come off shippment it is even hard to pull off by hand as far as pro numbers go that is there drivers job to put on skid )that is why took so long.However delivered 10 days later( but how did they know where it was going since no paperwork or pro numbers on skid ???? )since my customer un... read more
