Kerry is literally the male version of "Karens" and to no one's surprise his wife/partner is also named Karen! A power couple that strives on being the most unprofessional and rudest people ever to clients! Don't book them unless you wanna pay nearly up to 8k for attitude and unprofessionalism and maybe a decent job on your flooring.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We were initially referred to them via our home insurance company once we discovered water leakage and mold. This company is extremely unprofessional. We confirmed a date for a technician to provide an estimate on 1/6/2021 at 9:00AM - 10:00PM with the staff members Karen and Gilberto. A family member took time off of work to be on-site for the inspection as the rest of the family were deemed as essential workers.
