My mother has done business here for YEARS and always received the best customer service when Mrs Amanda worked there. Since she has been gone the customer service has gone so far downhill. I don’t know what’s up with the lady that answers the phone but she is absolutely the WORST. Her attitude is sour, she says “mhm” and hangs up the phone. Ward Self Storage is amazing. We had a small water leakage into our unit. Mr. Ward himself came to the unit it to see if anything was permanently damaged. All we lost were the outer cardboard boxes. But Mr. Ward was very caring and “Old School”. He genuinely cared about our situation. I wholeheartedly recommend Ward Self Storage.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ward storage in Bay City. I used the climate controlled unit. The facility is very conveniently located, very secure (monitored), clean and easy to access. Very reasonably priced compared with other facilities. The payment (auto-payment) wed-site was easy and flawless. I used the unit for over two years without an issue. Amanda Sutton, property manager was super helpful and very professional. I recommend this facility.
