Dental Surgery is not something anyone gets excited about, but if you do need surgery you are in the best place here. Dr Rutley, Leticia and the team have been amazing from the start, explaining the process and taking the time to address any concerns or hesitations I may have ad. I could not recommend them more.
Our son has been under Dr Ward Rutley’s care for a few years now after suffering dental trauma. Dr Rutley would have to be the most personable medical practitioner we’ve encountered, in any field. It’s well worth the drive to and from the Gold Coast for this level of care.
I have done my root canal with Dr Rutley, he is very professional and very knowledgeable, he explained everything before he started and very kind to me. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff, I haven’t had any pain in his treatment and the equipment was very up to date. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Rutley is the most professional and genuinely caring specialty expert I have seen in my life. (And I’ve seen many! Just not in the dental field) He was calming, I didn’t feel rushed to explain my back story, as he took the time to really listen. When you go in for your consult he is nice to get your business when I had the procedure done he was RUDE and CLASSLESS !Apparently my mouth didn’t open wide enough so he tried to force it open beyond the jaws capabilities “all went down hill from there……” He was so rough? Rude man - I won’t be back!!
