I have used a few management companies on the island and Ward has rose to the worst. The will lie to you, they will pit the tenant against the Owner. Read the contract well and remove all their one-sided language, that protects just them. They own a bunch of homes and they will make money by having the Owners and Tenants pay for their mistakes. This is the biggest conflict when they are competing against you as they manage their own properties. Find an alternative quickly.
