Poor communication, im guessing they are not interested in new customers. Was a 2 star experience but I decided on 4 stars because maybe I just fell through the cracks and my goal in not to hurt a business but to make the owner and others aware of the poor service I recieved.
Our business has done several projects with this company (business cards, banners, flyers, camping chairs, pens, notepads, and plenty of other merchandise for our company). Their team is very responsive and helpful with their suggestions as they aim to please. They provide top quality products that we have been thrilled with. We will continue to go them for our needs
Had an outstanding experience working with Ashley Salvi on the design of our new Specialty Transport Team patch for our flight suits. Ashley was very responsive and easy to work with. The final product turn out excellent and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with the team at Ward Promotional on future projects!
