Poor communication, im guessing they are not interested in new customers. Was a 2 star experience but I decided on 4 stars because maybe I just fell through the cracks and my goal in not to hurt a business but to make the owner and others aware of the poor service I recieved.
I was looking for a promotional item for an event for our company and just stumbled upon Ward Promotional Products. I received a response right away from Laura Ward on my order, who then handed it off to Ashley. Not realizing how short my timeline really was, Ashley really jumped in and helped me out. I received my products a day earlier that expected, in time for my event and exactly what we were looking for. I will be using them again.
Had an outstanding experience working with Ashley Salvi on the design of our new Specialty Transport Team patch for our flight suits. Ashley was very responsive and easy to work with. The final product turn out excellent and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with the team at Ward Promotional on future projects!
