I cannot say enough good things about this company & my technician, Ian. A truly professional experience. From first contact with Alicia regarding my needs & every contact after I experienced knowledgeable, caring personnel. They kept in close contact with me leading up to my appointment & were always prompt in getting back to me. The repair itself was friendly, efficient, & seamless. Edit: over time their services have depreciated as they have grown as a company. Our last 2 ward maintenance visits which were part of thr maintenance plan were terrible. Last time the technician left the condenser housing unscrewed and opened. When I called back to let them know instead of immediately sending someone to fix they had the technician just tell me what screw size to buy and close it out myself.
