My visit at Ward Periodontics & Implants was very good. Dental hygienist Kylie performed a very thorough periodontal cleaning of teeth/gums and Dr Ward inspected mouth/teeth/gums for any issues and performed physical cancer screening. I am very confident of the care that I receive at Ward Periodontics!
Everyone is always extremely friendly. Emily and Dr.Ward are great and always thorough.
8/14/25 Went Ward Periodontics again today for semi annual cleaning. Katiedid a super job!! Why go any where else!
Very disappointing experience. Poor, incorrect and incomplete information regarding insurance coverages which cost me close to $2k out of pocket. No follow up or reach out despite being told to expect those efforts from them. Had 3 appointments with them and it does not appear that the financial part of any of those visits were handled as assured. Obviously, misunderstandings happen everywhere but very disappointed.
