Dr. Buster consulted with me briefly when I was a patient at Riverside ER, but he kind of blew me off. I guess it was because I only had a couple of bulging discs and didn't need surgery...? He made me feel as though I was wasting his time, even though I didn't ask for him! His bedside manner was lacking. My experience at Riverside as a whole was good though.
I saw Dr. Buster when I was admitted to Riverside for a nasty back flare up. He was absolutely wonderful and caring in the short time I spoke with him. Today, I was scheduled to see his Nurse Practitioner, Robert P Fields IV, CNP who was completely fabulous. Down to earth, caring, took plenty of time to talk with me and talk about possible treatments. I felt seen and heard which doesn't always happen when you have chronic conditions. I truly want to thank the entire staff for making my appointment a fantastic experience!
I just want to give thanks and praise to doctor Ward Paul Buster for keeping me alive in August of 2013 due to a TBI brain injury which when I was life flighted into Riverside Methodist he took it upon himself to do a REMARKABLE job,5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ definitely
