Took my vehicle in about 3 weeks ago for 2 codes. First call was to let me know it was the plugs and wires, 2nd call was to tell me the mechanics gave it another look and it wasn't the plugs and wires but the battery and alternator. Did an oil change and didn’t replace drain plug or dip stick. Left my Audi w no oil drain plug or dipstick or oil. They tried to fix it to no avail. Mr Ward actually told me , he obviously can’t fix it . Unprofessional hillbilly.
